We cater to individuals with guaranteed income such as veterans, SSI, SSDI, Medicaid recipients, and private pay individuals needing a break. Our goal is to create a unique living atmosphere that promotes independence and well-being. Our team is committed to ensuring a supportive and inclusive community for all our residents.

Independent Living
Welcome to our independent co-living spaces, where we offer both private and shared rooms designed for individuals seeking housing solutions outside of traditional methods. We create a safe and serene environment within our small community of 3 to 6 residents per home. Our commitment includes support, weekly check-ins, and a helping hand, as we strive to make every resident feel like part of the New Beginnings family. You, our residents, are what truly transforms NEW Beginnings independent living facility into what it is today!
Rooms Available
Our accommodations are perfect for able-bodied adults who can provide their own transportation and meet specific program requirements. Enjoy comfortable living with shared community areas, including kitchens, living rooms, and dining areas, while all utilities—electric, water, trash, and internet—are included. All of our rooms come move-in ready with the essentials, including a bed, drawer, TV, and closet area, so you can settle in comfortably right away. Depending the residence, you may also have access to additional amenities to enhance your living experience.

You will be paired with a roommate, sharing the bedroom space while still having your own designated bed, drawer, and closet area.

Requirements
Our program welcomes able-bodied veterans, individuals receiving SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, retirees, the elderly, organization sponsorships, private pay, and those in need of long-term housing for a minimum of six months. We are not a medical facility, and we do not provide medical care, nursing services, or 24-hour supervision. All residents must be able-bodied and capable of caring for their own daily needs, including but not limited to cooking, bathing, cleaning and managing transportation. To qualify, you must meet our program requirements. Income and background checks are required.
